aloha Berit. I like the way you’ve brought the fern out in this image with a dose of strong color while pushing the rest of the image back into an almost black and white metaphor of death.
volcanic power is one of the most devastating powers I’ve ever seen – including earthquake and hurricane. (…maybe other than human beings can make..) … yet the tenacity of life comes up even in the middle of the most all out destruction. yay on life – which you seem to go after in many of your images. cool on that aloha
